备件库存周转动态分析及其基于Web技术的应用

摘    要：库存周转分析是一种常见的库存控制方法,它反映了企业经营的效率、规模及管理水平.作者对目前生产企业衡量备件库存周转情况的几个主要指标进行了分析,指出原有方法的不足之处.为了更完整地反映物流系统中库存周转情况,可引用流动曲线图,通过对流入流出累计曲线的描绘及相关数据的计算,不仅可以准确地求得任一时间段内的平均库存金额及库存资金周转率,而且可以反映库存资金周转的动态信息.这一方法既可用于考察某一时间段内的全部库存,也可以只考察1种特定的库存物资.基于Web技术和Browser/Server计算模式的管理信息系统以其明显的优势日益被广泛应用,利用上述流动曲线图方法开发的信息系统对备件管理的规范化、科学化有着一定的实践意义.

Abstract: Analysis of spare-parts stock turnover is a regula rmethod of stock control, which reflects the efficiency, scale and management level of an enterprise. The paper discusses some major indexes which are used in judging spare-parts stock turnover situation in manufacture enterprises presently, then points out the drawbacks of the traditional method. In order to reflect the condition of spare-parts stock turnover exactly, the flowing graph tool is used to study the related data and graphic, which can exactly obtain not only the total average stock and the turnover rate of the spare-pa, rts in any period, but also the dynamic information of the total of stock. This method can be used to study the whole stock in some period, and some singular material can also be done. The management information system based on Web technology and Browser/Server mode is widely applied with its outstanding advantages. Using the flowing graph tool to develop the information system will contribute to standardized and scientific spare-parts management.
