摘    要：从铁区(主要指铁前)工艺和物流的特点出发提出对铁区管理的要求,以宝山钢铁股份有限公司不锈钢事业部铁区管理系统为例,介绍满足管理需求的铁区管理系统的架构及组成,其主要功能包括计划管理、物料实物管理、配料管理、质量管理、生产实绩收集与处理、铁水罐管理、财务处理等。这些功能与计量系统和检化验系统的集成,实现了对物流实绩的跟踪;与产销系统以及供应链上游集团公司采购系统的集成,打通了企业内部与外部的供应链管理;与集团公司财务一体化系统的集成,形成了供应链上的价值管理。铁区管理系统的应用,大大提高了铁区管理水平。

Abstract: The management requirements of iron-making(including blast furnace,raw material,sintering and coke oven plant) are addressed from the characters of the process and logistics.This paper introduces the structure and composition of management system for iron-making plant,as per the example of iron-making management system in Stainless Steel Division of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.The main functionalities of the system include planning management,material management,allocation management,quality management,data collection and processing,torpedo car management and financial management,etc.The integration of these functionalities with the measuring system and inspection system facilitates the real time tracking of material flow,while the integration with the production & sale system,as well as purchasing system on upstream of the supply chain of Baosteel forms a seamless supply chain that links the internal and the external of the company together.Integrated with Baosteel group financial system,the system outstretches its functions to supply chain value management.Application of the iron-making management system has greatly enhanced standard of the management over iron-making processes.
