冬季工况下农村住宅相变蓄能火炕火墙联合供暖的性能分析

摘    要:将48#石蜡相变材料封装到火炕火墙中,以提高火炕火墙的蓄热性能,从根本上提高农村住宅的节能效果和改善室内环境。利用温度和热流的巡检装置,测试相变蓄能火炕火墙与普通火炕火墙温度的变化规律,利用温度自计议对这2种类型房间的温度场进行测试。通过对比分析得出相变蓄能火炕火墙表面温度的波动幅度比普通火炕火墙的小,相变蓄能火炕火墙房间的温度场波动幅度小于普通房间的室内温度场,改善了室内热环境;表明48#石蜡相变材料应用于农村炕体蓄能的可行性,为相变蓄能火炕火墙在农村的应用提供了新思路和基础。

Abstract:

A kind of new encapsulation way of packaging 48# paraffin phase change material in the structure of Kang and Firewall was presented to improve its thermal performance. This method fundamentally improves energy-saving performance and the indoor thermal environment of rural residential housing. Using temperature and heat flux of inspection equipment, the change rule of temperature both phase change storage and ordinary Kang and Firewall was tested. By using automatic temperature recording devices, air temperatures of the two rooms were also tested. According to contrast and analysis of the test results, it is found that the temperature fluctuation of Kang, Firewall with phase change energy storage is smaller than the other one without phase change energy storage; the temperature fluctuation of the phase change room is smaller than the other one without phase change energy storage. So, the indoor thermal environment is improved. The research proves the advantage of 48# paraffin phase change material in Kang and Firewall and provides a new idea for the development of phase change storage Kang and Firewall.
