渣浆泵叶轮的有限元强度分析

摘 要:先用Pro/ENGINEER软件构建矿用离心式渣浆泵叶轮模型图,再利用ANSYS5.0有限元分析软件对其叶轮进行有限元强度分析.再根据泵空转和工作时两种不同情况进行有限元强度分析,为实现渣浆泵叶轮的合理化生产提供必要的理论依据.
Abstract:
A model of impellers of centrifugal slurry pumps for mining industry is established with Pro/ENGINEER before ANSIS5.0 is applied as the FEA software to conduct a strength analysis on the impellers with FEA Method.Subsequently, FEA on strength is carried out on two cases of pump no-load operation and with-load operation,thus providing a necessary theoretical basis for the reasonable manufacturing of slurry pump impellers.
