Determination of Impurity Elements in Pure Cerium Oxide Product

Abstract: Determination of the rare earth impurity in pure cerium oxide is done by ICP-MS.The interference and other factors which affect analytical results were discussed.The accuracy are between 0.81% ～ 11.98% and the recoveries of standard addition are 96% ～ 112.5%.This method can meet the demand for product inspection.
