镍和铌元素对Cr5冷轧辊工作层组织和性能的影响

摘    要:研究了0%~0.4%Ni和0%~0.05%Nb对Cr5冷轧辊钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,钢中添加Ni元素可以细化组织,随着Ni含量的增加,冷轧辊钢的淬透性、硬度和耐磨性都得到一定程度的提高,含有0.2%Ni的轧辊硬度和耐磨性提高得比较显著;钢中的Nb元素以碳化物的形式存在,能阻止晶粒长大,提高了冷轧辊钢的硬度和耐磨性。

Abstract: Influence of Ni and Nb elements on the microstructure and property of working layer on Cr5 steel cold roll blank were studied.Results showed that finer grain size was observed in the steel with Ni addition,the hardenability,hardness and wear resistance were improved with the increase of the Ni content,and the improvement of hardness and wear resistance was significant with 0.2%Ni in the cold roll steel.The Nb element could suppress the growth of recrystallization grains due to the precipitation of NbC particles,which improved the hardness and wear resistance of cold roll steel.
