烧结过程控制专家系统(Ⅰ)─—系统总体控制方案和系统总体结构

摘 要:为了提高我国烧结生产过程控制水平,作者将数学模型与人工智能相结合,建立了烧结过程控制专家系统,并应用于烧结生产过程的离线控制,取得了较好的效果.本文着重分析烧结过程及其控制的特点,研究烧结过程的总体控制方案以及烧结过程控制专家系统的总体结构.
Abstract: In order to increase the level of controlling sintering process, on the basis of combining mathematical model with artificial intelligence, an expert system for controlling sintering process has been established and successfully applied to sintering process control off-linely, and the result is satisfactory. This paper emphasises on describing the characteristics of sintering process and sintering process control, analyzing the general control scheme of sintering process and general structure of expert system for controlling sintering process.
