钨细泥苏打溶液分解过程的杂质行为

摘 要:以柿竹园钨细泥为原料,研究了它在苏打分解过程中所含杂质的行为.试验表明:分解过程杂质P,AS,Si的浸出率分别为0.69%,2.57%和3.84%左右,加入抑制剂能有效降低其浸出率;杂质Cu,Bi,Zn的浸出率分别为2.23%,1.04%和10.73%左右,在分解过程中,添加氧化剂对其浸出率无明显影响,但温度升高时浸出率有所增加.
Abstract: The behaviour of impurities in sodaleaching process is studied for ShiZuyuan low gradetungsten ore, The experiment shows that the leaching ratio of P,As,Si is respectively about0.6%,2.57%and 3. 84%in the leaching process,but it can be limited by addition of controlagent.The leaching ratio of Cu,bi,Zn is respectively about 2.23%,1.04%and 10.73%.The addition of oxidizer does not have strong effect on the leaching ratio of Cu,Bi,Zn,butwill increase the leaching ratio with the increase of temperature.
