摘 要:采用正交试验设计和方差分析方法,研究了成品前退火制度、退火后冷加工率对汽车热交换器复合铝钎焊带抗下垂性能的影响,研究结果表明,在芯材和皮材材质一定的条件下,退火后冷加工率是影响抗下垂性的主要因素,在实验条件下,确定了满足最佳抗下垂性的加工工艺参数.
Abstract: he effects of annealing system and cold rolling reduction on sagging resistance of alu-minium alloy cladding sheet for automobile heat exchanger are studied by using orthogonaltest and variance analysis. The results show that cold rolling reduction after annealing is themain factor for a composition of aluminium alloy cladding material.This work presents opti-mum process parameters corresponding to sagging resistance.
