高硫石油焦脱硫方法比较

摘    要:采用自配的脱硫剂,通过低温化学法分别对煅烧前后的高硫石油焦进行脱硫,并与生焦直接高温煅烧脱硫进行比较。借助红外光谱解释化学法脱硫和高温煅烧法脱硫的行为机理。研究结果表明:采用化学法脱硫,在温度为333 K、液固比30 mL/g、搅拌时间为12 h的反应条件下可以脱除高硫石油焦中75%的有机硫,效果明显优于高温(1 773 K时生焦的脱硫率为60%)煅烧法。

Abstract: A self-developed desulphurization was used in experiment with low-temperature chemical method to desulfurize high-sulfur petroleum coke. High-temperature calcination method was also used for contrast. Moreover, infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR) was applied to explain the behavior mechanism of the chemical and high-temperature desulfurization methods. The results show that 75% of organic sulfur in high-sulfur petroleum coke is removed with chemical method at 333 K, self desulfurization solution-to-coke ration of 30 mL/g and the residence time of 12 h, which is superior to high-temperature (the desulfurization rate is 60% at 1 773 K) calcination method.
