深海中动力吸振器的相关参数最优化设计

摘 要:以深海中附有动力吸振器的两自由度振动系统为研究对象,利用达朗伯原理建立了数学模型,并进行无量纲化运算。针对海洋环境下动力吸振器的6个参数(κ,γ,δ,μ,η和C0),综合运用变尺度法中的Broyden-Flether-Goldfarb-Shanno(BFGS)法、罚函数法、一维搜索法进行最优化设计,利用Matlab和Visual C++混合编程实现计算。研究结果表明: 6个参数的收敛情况各有不同,γ,δ,η和C0都趋于定义域的上限,而μ和κ则分别趋于各自的定值,说明在海洋环境下,液体力对动力吸振器的影响有限。在实际应用中,γ,δ,η和C0宜采用系统允许使用的最大值,而μ和κ数值选取宜适当。
Abstract: The two-degree-freedom vibration system made of the main mass and dynamic vibration absorber in deep sea was studied. The mathematics model was built based on the principle of D′Alembert theory, and was calculated with non-dimensional equations. Aiming at six parameters (κ,γ,δ,μ,ηandC0) of the dynamic vibration absorber in deep sea, the optimal design of parameters was processed with Broyden-Flether-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) method of variable metric method, penalty function method and the line-search method. The calculating methods were implemented by the program of Matlab and Visual C++. The results show the convergence situations of six parameters. The parameters ofγ,δ,ηandC0tend towards the upper limit of the defining regions, whileμandκtend towards the fixed values respectively, which illuminates that the influence of liquid force is limited to the dynamic vibration absorber. In actual application the values ofγ,δ,ηandC0should be taken the maximum and the values ofμandκshould be taken properly.
