城市轨道交通高架桥“降噪型”动力吸振器参数优化

摘    要:针对高架桥动力吸振器不能有效降低桥梁结构噪声的问题,以城市轨道交通中应用较为广泛的箱梁为研究对象,基于车辆荷载作用下振动与噪声试验,结合板件声辐射理论,研究声辐射效率对桥梁结构噪声频谱特征及幅值的影响。在此基础上,根据车-轨-桥有限元仿真得到的箱梁振动与结构噪声频谱结果,合理选择减振目标频段;结合多重动力吸振器(MDVA)参数优化理论,进行参数优化设置,并进一步对比分析有、无MDVA工况下的桥梁振动与结构噪声的差异。研究结果表明:声辐射效率对桥梁结构噪声的频谱特征及幅值的影响不可忽视;该“降噪型”动力吸振器能够在总体振动水平改善幅度不大的情况下获得较好的降噪效果。

Abstract: Considering that dynamic vibration absorber of viaduct cannot effectively reduce the structure-born noise, the box girder commonly used in urban rail transit was taken as the research object. Based on field test of vibration and noise under vehicle load and the plate sound radiation theory, the influence of sound radiation efficiency on the spectrum characteristics and amplitude of bridge structural noise was studied. According to the frequency spectrum results of vibration and structural noise of box girder obtained by finite element simulation of vehicle-rail-bridge, the target frequency band of vibration reduction was reasonably selected. Based on the parameter optimization theory of multi-dynamic vibration absorber(MDVA), the relevant parameters were optimized. Furthermore, the differences of bridge vibration and structural noise under MDVA and non-MDVA conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show that the influence of the sound radiation efficiency on spectrum characteristics and amplitude of bridge noise cannot be ignored. The "noise reduction type" MDVA can achieve better noise reduction effect with little improvement in the overall vibration level.
