泡沫浸渍法制备小梁金属及性能

摘    要:采用有机泡沫浸渍法,选用预处理过的聚氨酯泡沫为模板制备具有较高强度和与人体弹性模量相匹配的小梁金属(多孔钽生物材料)。通过流体静力学法、SEM、EDS等方法研究表征多孔钽材料的密度、微观结构、孔隙形貌、杂质含量等。研究结果表明:材料密度为6.06~7.02 g/cm3,孔隙率为57.7%~63.5%,孔径为313~622 μm,制备的多孔钽具有与人体骨相似的三维、连通开孔隙形貌,材料基体上无杂质残留。力学性能结果表明:抗压强度为50~73 MPa,弹性模量为1.73~2.72 GPa,与人体松质骨相似。

Abstract: Trabecular metal (Porous tantalum) was prepared by dipping with polymer foams, using worked PU foam as template, which had a high intension and was compatible with the elastic modulus of human bone. The density, micro- morphology, hole structure and impurity content were analyzed by fluid statics, SEM and EDS. The results show that the specimens can be obtained with the density of 6.06-7.02 g/cm3, the porosity of 57.7%-63.5% and the pore size of 313-622 μm, which have a similar three-dimensional connected hole morphology to cancellous bone, and with no other elements on the sample. The mechanical performance shows that the compressive strength is 50-73 MPa and the elastic modulus is 1.73-2.72 GPa, both similar to cancellous bone.
