废线路板催化热解脱溴产物和重金属的分布特征

摘    要:在固定床反应器真空气氛条件下,研究不同添加剂与废线路板共热解特性,分析各相产物中重金属及溴的分布特征。研究结果表明:活性Al2O3添加剂与废线路板共热解体系质量损失最多,FeOOH和活性Al2O3的加入能促进热裂解,液体产物增加,其主要成分70%~80%为芳烃类有机物,添加剂加入后,热解油中溴化芳烃类有机物减少,小分子物质如苯酚等含量增加,其中加入Fe3O4得到的液体产物中苯酚所占比例高达50.16%,FeOOH存在时,液体产物中基本未检出溴。重金属Cu,Cr,Ni和Zn主要分布在固体残渣中,加入添加剂均能促使重金属富集固定在热解渣中。

Abstract: The pyrolysis characteristics of mixture samples of waste printed circuit boards and different additives were carried out by thermogravimetric analysis method. The distribution of bromine and heavy metals by adding different additives was investigated in bench-scale fixed bed reactor. The results indicate that the pyrolysis system of active Al2O3 and samples reaches the maximum mass loss. FeOOH and active Al2O3 can promote and increase pyrolysis liquid products. 70% to 80% of liquid products mainly phenols, and brominated aromatic hydrocarbons of pyrolysis oil decompose into small molecules such as phenols. When added Fe3O4, the proportion of phenol is as high as 50.16%. When added FeOOH, the bromine content of the pyrolysis oil significantly decreases. Heavy metals Cu, Cr, Ni, and Zn are mainly distributed in the pyrolysis residue. Adding additives can lead to the immobilization of heavy metals in the slag.
