地板辐射供暖结合混合通风系统下室内换热实验研究

摘    要:建立地板辐射供暖结合混合通风系统的实验平台,测定供暖系统处于不同供水温度和流量时小室的各内表面温度和室内空气温度,研究地板和其他表面间辐射换热以及地板表面对流换热情况。研究结果表明:地板辐射供暖系统中地板与其他表面的辐射换热量占总换热量的50%~70%,并且随供水温度的升高而减小。当供水温度一定时,地板与其他表面辐射换热的比例随着供水流量的增加而减小。提高供水温度或供水流量均导致地板表面温度的增加,但在需要改变地板温度的时候调节供水温度比调节供水流量更有效。系统达到稳定后,室内温度在垂直方向上的温差不超过2 ℃,具有较高的热舒适性。

Abstract: The experimental platform of a radiant floor heating and mixing ventilation system was established, and the temperatures of internal surface and indoor vertical air in the room were measured at different temperatures and flow rates of supply water. The radiation heat transfer from the heated floor to the other internal surfaces and the convective heat transfer near the floor in the room were studied. The results show that the radiation heat transfer from the heated floor accounts for 50%-70% of the total heat transfer, and this proportion decreases as the temperature of supply water increases. At the constant temperature, the proportion of the radiation heat transfer decreases gradually as the flow rate of water increases. The increase of the temperature or flow rate of supply water leads to the increase of the temperature of the heated floor, but changing the temperature is more effective compared to the changing flow rate. Under the steady state, the variation of indoor air temperature in the vertical direction is less than 2 ℃, which indicates the high thermal comfort by using this system.
