多级倒段反斜井矿仓连接技术在板溪锑矿的应用

摘 要:板溪锑矿在深部开拓系统中,采用多级倒段反斜井提升,斜井之间采用多级倒段反斜井+溜井+矿仓连接技术。这种连接技术具有系统简单、无需转运工具和设备等特点。详细介绍了板溪锑矿开拓系统及多级倒段反斜井矿仓连接技术。该技术经多年的生产实践表明,投资与平行斜井相比节约200万元,每年可节约提升运输费用78万元,而且斜井箕斗运行安全可靠。
Abstract: In the deep development system of Banxi Antimony Mine,the hoisting way of multi-stage inverted and anti-inclined shaft was adopted.And the connecting technology of inverted and anti-inclined shaft,ore pass and ore bin was used between inclined shafts.This connecting technology had characteristics of simple system,non-transport instruments and equipments.The development system and connecting technology was introduced in detail.Production practice confirmed that the investment of the technology was 2 million RMB less than that of the parallel inclined shaft,and the saved transportation and hoisting cost was 0.78 million RMB every year.Moreover,the skip of inclined shaft had always worked safely and reliably.
