影响电沉积镉负极活性的主要因素

摘 要:改变生产工艺条件制得电沉积镉负极, 观察其显微结构并用恒电流法测试其比容量.结果表明:在电沉积过程中,酸度、镉离子浓度、温度、电流密度是主要影响因素.优化工艺条件,可获得高活性镉负 极,比容量最高可达372mA·h·g-1.最优工艺条件:反应温度20℃,H2SO4浓度0.35mol/L,镉离子浓度0.2mol/L,电流密度 0.52 A/cm2.
Abstract: The capacity and surface structure of electrodeposition of cadmium electrode were influenced by acidity, cadmium ion concentration, temperature and current density. A specific capacity of the electrodeposited Cd electrode can reach 372 mA·h/g. The best condition of electrodepositing Cd electrode is as follows: temperature is 20 ℃, acidity is 0.35 mol/L, cadmium ion concentration is 0.20 mol/L, and current density is 0.52 A/cm 2.
