变频器在转炉倾动抱闸控制系统中的应用

摘 要:新余钢铁集团有限公司第一炼钢厂转炉倾动抱闸控制系统在设计当初是通过PLC来实现的,主要根据时间而发出抱闸命令,然而在实际运用中出现了一些问题。文中对原有控制系统存在的不足进行了分析,结合现有设备及控制系统的状况,对变频器的准确定位性能进行了阐述。利用变频器自身的参数功能,根据电动机的实际电流及转速最终发出抱闸命令,控制抱闸的开闭;通过计算机对变频器参数进行优化设置,成功实现了变频器抱闸控制。改造后效果很好,解决了转炉炉体定位问题,保障了转炉冶炼的顺畅性。
Abstract: In original design of titling braking control system of converter in the First Steelmaking Plant of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,PLC was adopted and sending of braking order was based on time.But there were some problems in practical application.Shortage existed in original control system is analyzed.Precise positioning capability of frequency converter is illustrated combining with condition of existing equipment and control system.With parameter function of frequency converter,sending of braking order was based on actual current and rotary velocity of motor to control opening and closing of brake.Through optimizing setting of parameters of frequency converter by use of computer,frequency converter control braking technique was applied successfully.After reformation,effect is well,positioning problem of converter body is solved,and sequence of converter smelting was ensured.
