摘    要:电化学研究表明,丁基双黄药在铂电极上还原时,其还原电位为-300mV左右,存在近350mV的还原过电位;而在辉锑矿表面还原时,还原电位为-150mV左右,其还原过电位只有200mV。这一研究结果表明:丁基双黄药在不同的载体表面还原时,有不同的电化学还原行为,即在不同的矿物表面,被还原的电位是不同的。据此,可控制矿物的浮选过程,为混合精矿体系中矿物的浮选分离提供依据。

Abstract: According to the calculation of the thermodynamics, in aqueous system reducing reversible potentail (Er) of xanthogen is 49.3 mV when cx=1×10-3 mol/L. In the paper, the study of the electrochemistry indicates that when dixanthogen is reduced at Pt electrode, its reduced potentail is about 300 mV, and there is about 350 mV of overpotentail; while dixanthogen is reduced at stibnite surface, its reduced potential is about —150 mV, and the overpotentail is only 200 mV. This result shows that dixanthogen has different reduction behaviors of electrochemistry at different carrier surface. that is, at different minereal surfaces, its reduced potentail is different. Thus by controlling pulppotentail we can control flotation process of the mineral and realize flotation separation of mineral sulfide in the bulk concentrate.
