Reduction Process of Blue Tungsten Oxide and its Microcomputer Process Control

摘 要:<正> The grain size control of the tungsten powder is essential for high quality tungsten products making. Based on the studies onthe hydrogen reduction process of tungsten oxide, a microcomputer system is introduced to the reduction process parameters con-trol. The microcomputer process control system, which is now running in Zhuzhou Tungsten and Molybdenum Materials Plant,controls the process parameters including the temperature of the reduction furnace and the pressure of hydrogen. It also controlsa mechanical pusher which pushs the boats charged with blue tungsten oxide into the furnace tubes. Some of the technique prob-lems appeared in the reduction process and the process control are analysed in this paper. The result of the experiment is alsogiven.
