板坯加热炉交流变频传动系统的设计与应用

摘 要:本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司新建2 300 mm热连轧机生产线4座板坯加热炉,采用德国西门子公司6SE70系列整流/回馈单元和逆变器组成带公共直流母线的变频传动系统。着重介绍选择变频装置供电方式、调速控制方式和使用Profibus-DP现场总线与控制系统通信的思路,提出了利用串行通信解决机械设备负荷平衡的方案。变频传动系统的成功投运,实现了辊道稳定、精确的调速,矢量控制方式速度控制精度达到±0.5%。通过本工程的实践,能为类似工程的设计提供一些参考。
Abstract: For newly-built 4 slab heating furnaces of 2 300 mm hot strip production line in Benxi Iron & Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd.,Siemens 6SE70 series rectifier/regenerative unit and inverter were adopted to form converter drive system with common DC bus.Selection of power supply mode of converter device,control manner of speed adjustment,and thinking of communication with control system using Profibus-DP fieldbus are described in detail.Solution of load balance of mechanical equipment is put forward based on serial communication.The converter drive system has been put into operation successfully,and steady speed adjustment of roller table and accurate positioning of charging machine and discharging machine were realized.Speed control accuracy of vector control mode reaches to ±0.5%.It is expected that the engineering practice could provide a bit of design reference for similar engineering.
