高铜载金炭脱铜试验研究

摘 要:针对载金炭中铜品位高对金的吸附、解吸、电积和冶炼存在较大影响问题,进行了高铜载金炭氰化脱铜试验研究,结果表明:载金炭中铜的脱除率达到91%以上,金基本不被浸出;脱铜后载金炭经高温高压无氰解吸,金的解吸率明显得到提高。
Abstract: Behavior of gold adsorption,stripping and electrodeposit of loaded carbon,gold refining will become difficult if copper content in gold-loaded carbon is high.Experimental research on copper removal from high-copper carbon by cyanide leaching was described in this article.The removal rate of copper can reach 91 %,while gold can hardly be stripped.The rate of gold stripping from copper-removed carbon can increase significantly by high temperature and high pressure cyanide-free stripping.
