CL-P350萃淋树脂的合成及性能测定

摘 要:高纯钪及其氧化物在高新技术方面的应 用逐渐广泛,但钪的价格极其昂贵,因此,探索一种新的可简化高纯氧化钪的提取工艺流程,已成为当务之急.本文报道了可用于提取高纯氧化钪的CL-P350 萃淋树脂的合成方法,指出引发剂和分散剂的种类及含量、聚合反应温度以及搅拌速度等是影响萃淋树脂颗粒的大小和性能好坏的主要因素.测得了钪在每克萃淋树脂中的最大萃取饱和容量为0.36gSc2O3.讨论了盐酸酸度及树脂中P350含量与分配系数的关系,指出在一定条件下分配系数随盐酸酸度和P350含量的增加而增加.此外,用所合成的萃淋树脂制备了萃取色谱柱,并用该色谱柱试验了Sc3+与Fe3+的分离,效果良好.
Abstract: High purity scandium has been widely used in new and advanced technology, but its price is very high, so it is important to seek a new purification flow scheme. A study on a synthetic method of CLP350 levextrel resin was discribed in this paper. It is shown that the main factors which influence the sizes and properties of resins are the kinds and contents of initiator and dispersion agent, polymeric temperature,and stirring velocity. The saturation capacity in the CL--P350 levextrel resin was 0. 36g Sc2O3 per gram resin. The relations between acidity of hydrochloric acid and content of P350 in the resin with distribution constant were investigated. In addition, CL-P350 chromatography column was packed,Sc3+ and Fe3+ were then effectively separated by this column.
