超大断面圆坯连铸机控制系统的研发与应用

摘    要：以中冶京诚工程技术有限公司自主研发的超大断面圆坯连铸机为背景,介绍该台连铸机控制系统的结构及其特点,并详细阐述了连铸机的拉速控制及动态等负荷分配、结晶器液压振动控制、跟踪控制和轻压下控制等关键技术的控制思想与实现方法。生产实践表明,该套控制系统硬件配置先进、结构设计合理、控制理念领先、使用效果显著,经鉴定其各项指标均达到国际领先水平。

Abstract: In this paper,the design and development of the control system for the super section round bloom caster to date,which was developed by CERI,are introduced.The introduction covers the structure and the features of the control system,while more detailed descriptions are given to the principles and the implementation of the primary controls applied,including casting speed control,dynamic and equal load sharing control,mold hydraulic oscillation control,caster tracking and soft reduction control.Successful production operation of the caster shows the configuration,the design and the development of the control system are sound and of high standard,and its performance is recognized as internationally advanced.
