摘 要:针对罩式退火生产工艺特点,系统研究了化学成分、冷轧压下率和退火工艺对St37-2G冷轧板组织和性能的影响,讨论了St37-2G冷轧钢塑性应变比的控制方法,提出了生产高塑性应变比加权平均值(rm)St37-2G冷轧板的工业技术方案。工业生产的St37-2G冷轧钢板具有优良的冲压成形性能。
Abstract: According to the characteristics of cover annealing process,effects of chemical compositions,cold rolled reduction and annealing process on the microstructure and properteis of the St37-2G coldrolled steel sheet were investigated sysmatically.The controlling method of the plastic strain ratio of the steel was discussed and a technical plan to produce St37-2G coldrolled steel sheet with weighted average value of high plastic strain ratio(rm) was put forward.The industrially-produced St37-2G coldrolled steel sheet exhibited excellent stamping properties.
