Fe-12.4Cr-0.13C合金高温时效过程中碳化物的析出行为研究

摘 要:对高温时效条件下Fe-12.4Cr-0.13C(wt%)合金中碳化物的析出行为进行了计算与研究。研究中采用Thermo-Calc软件对碳化物的析出行为进行了热力学与动力学计算,而后采用HRTEM结合Image J图像分析软件表征了组织中碳化物的类型及粒径分布。结果表明:Fe-12.4Cr-0.13C合金经780℃长时间时效处理后,组织中析出M23C6型碳化物,当时效时间由10 h增加到100 h后,其平均等效粒径由361 nm增大到495 nm,具有明显的粗化行为。
Abstract: Precipitation behavior of carbide in Fe-12.4Cr-0.13C(wt%) alloy was analyzed and calculated.Thermodynamic and kinetic calculation to precipitation process of carbide was carried out by using Thermo-Calc software.The carbide type and the evolution of its particle distribution with different aging times were characterized by HRTEM technique combined with Image J software.It was shown that after aging at 780 ℃,M23C6 type carbide precipitated in grain boundaries and its equivalent particle diameter was 365 nm after 10 h aging treatment.With increasing aging time,M23C6 carbide coarsened in matrix and the equivalent particle diameter reached 495 nm after 100 h aging treatment.
