用煤基直接还原法生产高纯铁粉

摘 要:为了充分开发利用我国储量丰富、品位较低和难处理的铁矿石,作者对其进行了煤基直接还原生产高纯铁粉的研究,提出煤基直接还原→渣铁分离→高纯铁粉新的工艺流程.试验中所得的高纯铁产品中含铁量均在97%以上.由于高纯铁粉的利用价值更高,所以该工艺为合理利用我国大量尚未开发的低品位难选难冶铁矿石提供了一种新途径.
Abstract: In order to make full use of abundant low-grade iron-ore in China,new technique of producing superpure iron powder using coal-based DR has been studied.When low-grade iron ore was directly reduced,new technique of first-reduction and second-separation of sinter and iron then third-production of superpure iron powder have been put forward.Such satisfactory result as TFe>97% have been obtained.
