摘 要:用大功率转靶X射线衍射仪,配备微光束准直狭缝、准确度为0.05 mm的可移 动样品台及0.1mm样品表面的限制光栏,建立了微小区域X射线衍射残余应力测量方 法。对Si3N4陶瓷-4Cr10Si2Mo钢连接试样进行应力测量,取得了满意的结果。
Abstract: A survey was given to the research done in the field of X-ray residual stress determinations on Si3N4-4Cr10Si2Mo joint. The measuring conditions were a powerful self-rotation anode X-ray generator and its attachments of a microbeam collimation slit, a movable sample holder with accuracy degree of 0.05 mm, and a 0.01 mm limiting slit on sample surface. The result of the research is satisfied.
