速效伤风胶囊中扑热息痛含量的高效液相色谱法测定

摘    要：研制了一种速效伤风胶囊中扑热息痛含量的高效液相色谱测定新方法．该法样品制备简单，分析敏捷．用本标准加入法获得扑热息痛平均回收率为99.77%，线性范围5～20μg，相对标准偏差4%．

Abstract: A new high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique has been developed,which is simple in preparing the sample and quick in analyzing, for directly determining paracetamol in the capsule for cold. The average recovery was 99.77% by means of standard addition linear range from 5 to 20 μg and relative standard deviation 4%.
