涂丝钙离子选择电极的研究

摘 要:本文介绍了涂丝钙离子选择电极的试制,找到了制备电极的最佳条件,全面测试了电极各项分析性能及温度效应、活化能等参数。结果表明,铜基涂丝钙离子选择电极线性范围为10-1 -2×10-5 mol/LCa2+,检测极限达8×10-6 mol/L,斜率为30±2mV,适用 pH 范围为4. 5-11. 0,响应时间少于15s,内阻低,选择性和稳定性好,使用寿命一般为三个月左右,并成功的用于水质分析及钙离子的有关络合物稳定常数的测定。
Abstract: The authors have chosen the optimum conditions for preparing coated wire calcium ion-selective electrodes,and determined various analytical performances of the electrodes as well as temperature effect,activation energy and so on.Experiment shows that for coated wire calcium ion-selective electrodes with copper matrix,there is a linear dependence of the electrode potential on logarithm calcium ion activities over a range of 10`(-1) -2×10-5 mol/L,the limit of detection is 8×10-6 mol/L,the electrode potential remains constant over pH range 4. 5-11. 0.This kind of electrode has been successfully applied to water quality analysis and determination of stability constants of the related complex compounds of calcium ions.
