摘    要：铝电解过程的数学模型具有多变量,非线性特点,难以用一般物理及化学的已知规律来描述,而且还没有恰当的测试手段,至今尚无法确定精确的数学模型,模糊(FUZZY)控制技术解决这类 问题是非常有力的工具。试验表明能取得良好的控制效果。能耗制动新型装置是国内首创具有最佳的制动特性。

Abstract: The mathematic model of aluminium electrolysis process is multivariableand nonlinear.It is difficul to describe it with the known physical and che-mical laws because there is not any proper method to test it and we can′t havean accurate mathematic modelt about it now.FUZZY control technique is apowerful means to solve this problem.The test has showed that goodcontrol results ean be got.A new energy consumption brake device is inventedin our country,and possesses the excellent brake characteristics.
