摘    要:采用丙烯酸树脂(PA或PA′)对水性聚氨酯(PU)改性,研究了经丙烯酸树脂改性的水性聚氨酯的结构设计及其规律.结果表明,通过PU分子链与PA分子链形成化学键,能使材料中PU分子链与PA分子链具有较高的相容性和共混程度;采用机械共混方式,能使机械共混物PU分子链、PA分子链之间达到有限的共混程度;实施核壳型聚合方式,能使材料PU分子链与PA或PA′分子链之间处于一定的微相分离状态。

Abstract: The structural design and its rule of water borne polyurethane modified with acrylic resin was studied in this paper. The results show that compatibility and degree of mixing between polyurethane (PU) and acrylic polymer (PA) molecular chain in materials are developed by formation of chemical bond between acrylic polymer (PA) molecular chain and hard segment of polyurethane (PU) chain; micro phase separation is formed by carrying chemical blend, and PU chain and PA chain are mixed limitedly in mechanical mixture.
