摘 要:针对Z向钢板探伤不合格的现象,通过低倍、金相、Z向拉伸试验等检验,探讨了缺陷产生的原因。结果表明,钢中氢含量高是导致探伤不合格的主要原因。通过采取措施,提高了探伤合格率。
Abstract: The causes of ultrasonic test defects in Z-direction steel plate in Shougang were investigated by means of macroscopic test,metallographic inspection and Z-direction tensile,ect.The results show that high hydrogen content mainly induces the ultrasonic test defects.The percent of ultrasonic test pass was increased after the measures were taken.
