摘 要:研究了不同处理态Al-3Li-0.17Zr合金冲击、拉仲等力学行为,用电子显微镜对其显微组织结构、变形和断裂,特别是晶界断裂的特征进行了详尽的观察和分析。指出:不同处理态的合金变形和断裂的机制是不同的,晶界断面上的显微特征也有明显的差异。
Abstract: The impact and tensile properties of Al-3Li-0.17Zr alloy at different heat-treat-ment have been studied and correlated with the microstructure,deformation and frac-ture features observed by electron microscope.It is shown that the deformation andfracture mechanisms of different heat-treated alloys are different,and that there is anobvious difference between micro-features on the intergranular fracture stirface of thosealloys.
