摘 要:气垫炉属现代化金属板带材连续热处理设备,风机是其“心脏”。探讨风机功率消耗的规律,将有助于大幅度节约能耗,降低成本。本文对气垫炉的风机功率消耗进行了较深入的理论分析、试验研究以及数据的回归处理,获得有一定理论价值与实际意义的结论以及回归方程。
Abstract: Air cushion furnaces are the updated devices for continuous heat treatment ofmetal plate-strip,and blowers are their“heart”.Studying the rule of blowerpower consumption assists in saving energy and reducing cost greatly.In thispaper comparatively deep theoretical analysis,trial investigation and data regres-sion treatment of the blower power consumption have been carried out.Someconclusions and regression equations which are possessed of theoretical value andpractical sense are acquired.
