加筋护坡路堤沉降特性及其控制指标研究

摘    要:为充分利用部分工程性质不良的土体作为路基填料,常采用加筋护坡措施来保障路堤稳定性,但加筋处理与填料差异性使得路堤沉降分布规律变得复杂,通过建立加筋护坡路堤数值模型,分析路面荷载作用下路堤顶面沉降分布形式,提出采用改进的双曲线函数对其拟合,并得到对应的拟合函数参数。基于路面结构有限元模型,分析不同差异沉降作用下路面结构附加应力。根据路面结构承载能力给出相应的差异沉降控制标准,并通过工程实例对此进行说明。研究结果表明:在差异沉降作用下,加筋护坡路堤的路面结构呈上部受压、下部受拉的受力特征,且最大附加应力发生在加筋范围内;路面结构附加应力与最大差异沉降量、双曲线函数拟合参数a/b之间均呈显著线性关系,a/b能够反映沉降分布曲线的几何弯曲程度;以a/b作为该类路堤形式的差异沉降控制指标,辅以控制最大差异沉降量。

Abstract: Considering that reinforced slope protection is often used to make full use of the soil with some poor engineering properties as subgrade filling and ensure the stability of embankment, but the distribution of embankment settlement is complicated because of reinforcement treatment and fillings difference, a numerical model of reinforced soil wrapping embankment was established, and the settlement distribution law of embankment surface was analyzed under pavement uniform loading. An improved hyperbolic function was put forward to fit the settlement curve, and the corresponding fitting parameters were obtained. Then, the additional stresses of pavement structure with different differential settlements were studied based on numerical model of pavement structure. Subsequently, the corresponding control criterion of differential settlement was given according to the bearing capacity of pavement structure, and an engineering case was used to illustrate this empirical approach. The results show that the pavement structure of reinforced soil wrapping embankment is characterized by upper compression and lower tension with differential settlements, and the maximum additional stress occurs in the reinforcement region. The additional stress of the pavement structure has significant linear relationship with the maximum differential settlement as well as its hyperbolic function parameter a/b, and a/b can reflect the geometric bending degree of the distribution curve of surface settlement. Therefore, a/b is used as the differential settlement control index of this type of embankment, and supplemented by the maximum differential settlement.
