金属复合轧制包覆率和长度配比的研究

摘 要:提出了对生产中金属复合轧制包覆率和长度配比进行控制的数学模型,该模型适用于多层金属的冷、热复合轧制时包覆率和长度配比的控制.得出复合后的包覆率与初始包覆率成正比,综合因子反映了其他各种因素对包覆率的综合影响,长度配比同综合因子相关.生产实践表明,运用该模型可以对复合板的包覆率和长度配比进行有效控制.
Abstract: This paper presents a clad ratio equation and a length ratio equation for roll bonding control. The model is suitable for the clad ratio control during hot or clod roll bonding of differentmetal sets. It is shown that the post-bonding clad ratio is proportional to the primary clad ratio , other factors can be presented by comprehensive factor K. The length ratio is associated with K. Using this model, the production process can be monitored.
