菱锰矿浸出的动力学模型

摘 要：根据目前多数锰矿企业的需要,对菱锰矿浸出过程的液－固间歇式多相反应动力学模型进行了推导,证明对某一类型的菱锰矿,其浸出过程速率完全可以用t＝θ(xB)来表示;并以贵州的某菱锰矿浸出实验数据进行了验证,表明所得模型能较好地描述浸出过程.
Abstract: Based on the need of most manganese ore plant,the kinetic model under the conditionsof changing acid concentration and intermittent reaction device for the manganese carbonateore leaching is deduced and verified, using experimental data of Guizhou manganese carbon-ate ore,It shows that the model can describe the leaching process suitably.
