含运动副间隙的轮转机刀式折页机构的动态响应特性

摘    要:为了研究运动副间隙对轮转机刀式折页机构动态性能的影响,根据刀式折页机构运动副间隙的特点,采用连续接触假设,对刀式折页机构动态响应建立动力学模型。针对不同转速和运动副间隙,运用该模型对刀式折页机构动态输出特性进行定量模拟分析。研究结果表明:随着机构运转速度的上升,轮转机刀式折页机构动态响应表现出很强的非线性特征;而运动副间隙使机构动态响应的非线性特性更加显著,严重影响了机构运转的平稳性和精度;通过对轮转机刀式折页机构非线性动态响应动态特性进行研究,为提高刀式折页机构的运转速度和平稳性提供了依据。

Abstract: To research the influence of pair clearances on the dynamic performance of offset press’ fold mechanism, a dynamic model of the fold mechanism’s dynamic response was established based on the clearances’ characteristics and the continuous contact hypothesis. With the dynamic model, the dynamic characteristics of fold mechanism’s output can be quantitatively researched in the conditions of different rotational velocities and pair clearances. The results indicate that the fold mechanism’s dynamic response appears strong nonlinear characteristics with the increase of rotational speed, and the pair clearances make the nonlinear characteristics more significant, which seriously affects the fold mechanism’s stability and precision. Therefore, the study on the nonlinear dynamic response of fold mechanism can provide foundation to improve the velocity and stability.
