摘 要：<正>NiAl intermetallic compound and its alloysare synthesized by SHS.Affection of parameters on the Synthe-sis process is discussed.XRD,SEM and EPMA are used tostudy microstructure of the synthesized materials.Results showthat NiAl and its alloy can be synthesized smoothly by SHS,major parameters affecting the synthesis include the ratio of Niand Al,the amount of diluent and pre-heating temperature.Thedistribution of alloy element is uniform.New compound NiAlNbcan be synthesized in Ni+45at% Al+5at%Nb system and itsgrain size is about 0.5μm.
