原矿沸腾焙烧工艺控制分析

摘    要：沸腾焙烧是针对含硫、含砷矿石以及难处理的包裹金矿石的选冶预处理工艺,是解决该类矿石难以氰化提金的有效技术措施。主要介绍了沸腾焙烧工艺的控制原则和重点控制参数,着重分析了在生产过程中会引起控制参数异常的原因及其各种原因所对应的现象和解决方法,并说明了在长期生产过程中由于时间积累或处理不当导致的炉况异常现象及其解决方法。

Abstract: Fluosolids roasting is a pretreatment process aiming at gold ore containing sulfur or arsenic and refractory inclusion gold ore.It is a effective technicial measure to handle the problem that these kinds of gold ore can hardly be cyanided.The paper introduces the controlling principles and key controlling parameters of fluosolids roasting technique.The reasons that cause controlling parameter abnormity are analyzed and the phenomenon and countermeasures are introduced.The abnormal conditions of furnace caused by long-time production and improper disposal are introduced,while the resolvents are concluded.
