初轧机主传动可控硅励磁系统的分析与仿真研究

摘 要:本文通过分析结合模拟计算机的仿真,研究了初轧机主传动可控硅励磁系统。文中着重讨论了按电子最佳调节综合电流环不计电动机反电势扰动影响引起的静态误差与系统参数的关系及对系统品质的影响,并就系统综合、调试等问题提出了看法。现场调试结果与本文结论一致。
Abstract: In this paper, the blooming-mill main drive system excited by SCR hasbeen studied by theoretical analysis in combination with analog computersimulation. Emphasis is placed on the discussion on the relationship betweenthe static position error of armature current and the system parameters, whenthe electronic optimal principle is used to synthesize the armature currentloop and motor back electromotive force (emf) disturbance is neglected, and theaction on the system behaviour. The author’s considerations have been givento the synthesis and regulation of the system. The results in the paper arein accord with the actual regulating ones obtained.
