不同卷取温度低碳钢性能及硫化物析出的研究

摘 要:运用拉伸、金相、析出物定量分析、SEM、TEM和EDS等测试方法,对不同卷取温度低碳钢组织性能及硫化物析出进行研究。结果表明:随着卷取温度的升高,钢的强度和晶粒度等级下降。MnS析出主要分2个阶段:第1阶段主要为奥氏体区MnS和Al2O3的复合析出,析出尺寸普遍介于1~5μm之间,形状为条片状;第2阶段为MnS在卷取过程中析出,尺寸普遍介于200~600 nm之间,形状为近球形。卷取温度的变化对化合硫含量以及MnS析出尺寸分布范围影响较小。
Abstract: The property and sulfide precipitation of different coiling temperature in low carbon steels were investigated by using tensile,metallographic,quantitative analysis of precipitates,SEM,TEM and EDS.The results show that: with the coiling temperature increasing,the strength and ASTM reduces gradually.The MnS precipitation is mainly divided two stages: the one stage is the complex precipitation of MnS and Al2O3 in austenite,the precipitate sizes are situated between 1-5 μm and have the lath shape in generally;the two stage is the MnS precipitated in coiling process,the precipitate sizes are situated between 200-60 0 nm and have the near globe shape;the coiling temperature’s change have small influence to the combination S content as well as the MnS precipitates size distribution.
