Fabrication of BSCCO Nanocrystal Superconductors

摘 要：<正> Nanocrystal materials have their special properties because of very small grain size.Nanocrystalsuperconductors were prepared by crystallizing the amorphous slices with nominal composition ofBi_1.6Pb_0.4Sr₂Ca₄Cu₅O_x at certain temperature.The measurements of R-Tcurve and x data prove allthe crystallized samples have superconducting transition though their Meissner effect is weak.All thenanocrystal superconductors are mainly constituent of Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_y phase by the analysis ofX-ray diffraction.
