内蒙古某多金属矿石选矿试验研究

摘 要:对内蒙古某复杂多金属硫化矿石,试验采用优先选铜后选锌浮选工艺流程,用氰化物抑制砷黄铁矿,闭路试验获得指标:铜、锌回收率分别达到80.40%和72.48%,铜精矿品位为19.84%、锌精矿品位为49.94%,42.64%的银富集在铜精矿中。
Abstract: Aiming at a complex polymetallic sulfide ore in Inner Mongolia,the preferential floatation process for copper and zinc is applied.Cyanide is used to restrain arsenical pyrite.The closed circuit experiments obtain the following indices,copper recovery 80.40 %,zinc recovery 72.48 %,copper concentrate grade 19.84 %,zinc concentrate grade 49.94 %.42.64 % of silver enriches in copper concentrate.
