超微铝粉的制备

摘 要:研究了超微铝粉的蒸发凝聚制备技术. 研究表明:粉末粒度是由影响其生长过程的工艺参数控制的.在本实验条件下,制得了0.15~0.62μm各粒级的超微铝粉.采用动态沉积工艺的蒸发效率高 于采用静态沉积工艺的蒸发效率,尤其是在前者加用液面吹气装置时效果更好,最大蒸发效率达8.18g/min.制得的粉末颗粒呈球形和六角形,互相呈链状 连接,粉末晶体结构与普通铝的结构相同.
Abstract: Preparation technology of ultrafine Al powder by evaporation coalescence process has been systematically studied. The results show that the growth procedure of each particle controls the particle size. The essence of changing the process parameters for controling particle size is to control the growth procedure. Powders with the average diameters from 0. 15μm to 0. 62 μm were prepared in the study. A higher evaporation rate can be achieved through dynamic deposit process and blowing He gas to the vapor over the melt face than by static deposit process. The maximum evaporation rate in this study is 8. 18 g/min. The morphology of particles is sphere and hexagonal and they are ranged like chains. The crystal structure of the powder is the same as that of the bulk Al.
