蓝铁矿特征及其对铁矿选矿的意义

摘    要：分析蓝铁矿的分布及产出特征,从而得出蓝铁矿在氧化铁矿床中产出是可能的,因此研究蓝铁矿在铁矿选矿过程中的行为对高磷铁矿脱磷具有重大意义。介绍鉴定蓝铁矿的一般方法——热差分析和失重分析、红外线光谱分析,并研究了摇床选矿和磁选中蓝铁矿的走向,为铁矿选矿脱磷工作提供参考。

Abstract: The distribution and occurrence of vivianite analyzed,it is possible that the vivianite exists in iron ore deposit,thus it is significant to dephosphorization process in treatment of high phosphorus iron by researching the behaviour of vivianite in iron ore process.In this paper,the methods of differential thermal analysis(DTA),thermogravimetry analysis(TGA),and infrared spectrum to assay the vivianite are introduced.In addition,in order to provide some reference for iron ore process,the behaviour of vivianite in the jerking table separation and the magnetic separation is studied.
