摘 要:研究铟中微量砷、铝、铜、镉、镍、铅、铊、锡、锌的ICP-MS法同时测定的方法。选择仪器的最佳参数和最佳测定条件,采用标准加入法和在线加入钪、铑、铼混合内标补偿法消除基体铟对测定元素的干扰,直接测定其中的杂质元素。测定结果准确、可靠,铟中砷、铝、铜、镉、镍、铅、铊、锡、锌的测定下限均≤0.0001%,加标回收率97%~111%。方法的建立为控制铟中杂质元素提供了检测依据。
Abstract: The method for determination of trace As,Al,Cu,Cd,Ni,Sn,Tl,Pb and Zn in indium by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer is investigated.The optimal instrument working condition is selected.The effects of indium matrix on the determination can be eliminated by selecting standard addition method and inner standard calibration,and the impurities can be directly determined.The determining results with this method are accurate and reliable.The DLs for these elements are less than 0.0001%.The recoveries of standard addition for these elements are between 97% and 111%.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of As,Al,Cu,Cd,Ni,Sn,Tl,Pb and Zn in indium with satisfactory results.
