摘    要:研究了不同成分和结构的Ni-W-P合金镀层的硬度、 耐蚀性及在液固双相流中的抗冲刷腐蚀性能, 并对镀层表面膜进行了XPS分析,结果表明: 镀层中钨含量的增加有利于提高镀层的硬度、耐蚀性和抗冲刷腐蚀性能。 由Ni(OH)2, WO3,Ni3(PO4)2组成的表面膜具有较强的修复能力, 这是使镀层具有优异抗冲刷腐蚀性能的主要因素之一。 400 ℃以下较低温度的热处理提高了镀层的硬度,但削弱了镀层的耐蚀性, 然而对抗冲刷腐蚀性能却略有提高。

Abstract: The microhardness, corrosion and erosion-corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-W-P alloy coatings with different composition and structure in flowing suspension of solid particles in corrosive media were investigated, and the components of the surface film were analyzed by XPS. The results show that increasing tungsten content can raise microhardness, corrosion and erosion-corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-W-P alloy coatings. The surface film made of Ni(OH)2, WO3 , Ni3(PO4)2 possesses well repair ability, which makes electroless Ni-W-P alloy coatings possess excellent erosion-corrosion resistance. Heat treatment below 400 ℃ raises the microhardness, but weakens the corrosion resistance, however it slightly raises erosion-corrosion resistance.
