穿孔针芯头几何形状和运动状态对管材挤压力的影响

摘 要:本文运用上限法计算了管材挤压力.计算中所采用的运动学许可速度场为沿空心球锥径向流动的流速场.所得计算公式反映了穿孔针芯头形状和运动状态对管材挤压力的影响,而且实验结果表明计算精度较好.
Abstract: An upper-bound approach is utilized to compute the forces involved in the operations of the tube extrusion.The assumed kinematically admissible velocity fields in Fig.1 are employed for the computation.The formulas obtained reflect the influence of the mandrel shape and movement state on load in tube extrusion.The experiment results show that the solution is acceptable.
